From the 8th of July 2020 to the 31st of March 2021, there is a change to the Stamp Duty Land Tax. The Chancellor announced the stamp duty tax holidays for properties up to £500,000. This also apply to the buy-to-let properties and the investors will only pay 3% surcharge on the purchase. Find out more in our blog post.
